Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

All sales at Vanguard Research Labs are final. Due to the nature of our products — research peptides — we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and fulfilled, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Why We Can’t Accept Returns

Peptides are sensitive research compounds. We have no way to verify the storage conditions, handling, or integrity of a product once it has left our facility. For the safety of all customers and to maintain the quality standards of our products, we are unable to accept any returned items regardless of use or condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or we sent you the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at vanguardsupportlabs@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. These situations will be reviewed on a case by case basis and we will work to make it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at vanguardsupportlabs@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
